I had used a simple, flat mouse-pad for years so I thought I'd give this one a shot. Turns our the extra padding for the wrist has made an enormous difference. I've been pain/discomfort-free since I made this purchase about a month and a half ago. Very comfortable and does not impede use of the mouse. I am now buying a second one for home use.Makes my wrist numbI find the wrist pad hard and uncomfortable. My wrist and hand feel numb after just a few minutes of resting on the pad. I don't recommend this product.My Favorite MousepadI've bought a few of these over the years. I keep one on my desk and one in my laptop bag for travel.
