While I trust the strips for Ph, it said my water had low hardness. I have the hardest water in the known universe. All the tests in this kit said I had the best water on the planet.They offer three mail-in tests for $15 each. I suspect that is what this kit is about. Maybe I'll buy a better kit... Couldn't tell if it worked.I was hoping I could get some answers about what is in our water because my hair just feels full of junk. Anyway, I followed the directions like it stated but everything came out perfectly normal so not sure if this product works. It does state on the sheet enclosed that the results aren't 100% accurate. I'm not sure if I recommend spending your money on this product.
