I'm glad I did. It really works. You just spray on the underside of the belt. I was able to do this easily by locking my treadmill into it's upright position before applying. As others have said, the LifeSpan lubricant has no odor. Treadmill Belt LubricantMy treadmill is about 9 years old and I had almost given up hope on it but this lubricant works really well. Although like other reviewers have stated it does have it's limitations as far as getting to the whole belt, what I have found that if you spray under the belt and let the treadmill do a few full cycles of run at top speed it does seem to cover most of the areas needed.Do this at least once a month on an older treadmill for best results.
