On price, I have to knock it down a couple of notches. I don't blame Amazon, they are still cheaper than the brick and mortar retailers, but Samsung should be ashamed! Received promptly. Installed when refrigerator signaled previous filter was exhausted. Not difficult to install, but required considerable torque (by hand)to remove old filter. Biggest complaint is price. Have to pay $32 +or- every 6 months, which seems expensive for a simple water filter. I am looking for a cheaper solution. It seems to function OK, but who can tell without a lab test of the filtered water.Filter ReviewLooks well made and works. But VERY EXPENSIVE for what it is !
