They came right away and seem to be ok. BUT--on the box where the installation instructions are there is NO reminder to take off and save the end cap from the old filter. Naturally I forgot, removed the old one and put the new one in. It did not look right, I saw what the problem was and managed to remove the new one, put on the end cap, and reinstall it. No harm, no foul, but just be careful when you install one of these.
