The quality was similar to other Brita filters.It was easy to change, and the filter is substantial. The water tasted great months after installation. I find myself drinking water instead of other beverages now. At least for me, this thing paid for itself on that basis in 2 weeks. So... it's cheaper and more effective. You should buy it. Refrigerator water filterThe water fits the Sears fridge fine. Water tastes fine. Only time will tell how long it will last.
