I find that some of the time it pops and crackles. I should have purchased a higher quality ear piece.Works very well with my iPhone 3GS.I've had this headset for six months now and overall I like it very much. The sound quality is fine for me and the person on the other end. The battery lasts a long time and the included case charges the headset when away from a power source which comes in handy. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is the mechanism that holds it into your ear is a little sloppy. I tried the different sized pieces to assure a good fit but it's still only okay. I have a problem with dropped calls in my condo for my Pantech Matrix, so I decided on this device. Everyone has said that I sound great on it, no dropped calls because I can leave my phone in a spot that has good reception and wander around a bit. I don't have a problem with the sound; the highest setting was fine over car noise (windows closed). Very easy to sync to my phone. I don't have trouble getting the earpiece out of the leather holder; it just pops out. When I have it in my ear, I don't have to keep adjusting it, and doesn't feel as though it is going to fall out. I easily could have spent a significant amount more or less on a bluetooth, but I have no complaints about the price.
