I called again and they said they would send the filters right away but didn't. I called again and they said I had to send the wrong filter back before they would send the original order. They sent me the RMA info but no attached shipping label. I'd never get the filters from these guys and I'll buy them somewhere else.As expectedThere were no surprises, the filters show up and are the product described. Have not noticed any real difference in air quality or dust collecting on furniture.Filtrete FiltersMy son has Asthma, and my mother has COPD, we have a cat, and the filtrete filters help make it possible for us to get together at our home, without triggering respiratory problems for anyone. They are a bit more expensive, but they also last 3 times as long without needing to be changed. 3M Has an awesome series of furnace filters, in the Filtrete Lineair filtersI have used Filtrete before and was pleased with them. My local stores no longer carry the size I needed (12x20x1). These filters really trap the dust and I change them faithfully every 3 months, or sooner, depending on how long I run my air conditioner.Bad deal on a decent filterThese filters strike a good balance between cost and performance. I've been using them for years. They protect your respiratory tract and your HVAC equipment. People with extreme sensitivity should consider something like the Filtrete "Ultra Allergen" line, but the rest of us will be fine with this model. Always, always always, change them at least every three months. Check it monthly the first few changes; it's pretty easy to tell if you need to change it more frequently.However, these exact filters (same manufacturer's part number) are available at my local big-box home improvement store for 33% less than this price. And that their one-off price vs. Amazon's 4-pack price. I'm surprised and disappointed, since Amazon's usually able to beat out the clunky supply chains of the brick-and-mortar-o-saurs.
