Used it last night. It worked perfectly. Much better then reusing the K-Cup. Flavor of the coffee a little better also.Outstanding customer serviceI purchased this product months ago along with the EZ-Cup and to my dismay, the filters broke and dropped coffee grounds into my cup each time I tried. I read the reviews on Amazon and as you can see, there were others with the same problems that I was experiencing, but who had contacted the company and the company had resolved their issues. I was unable to contact them in a timely manner, but today, I too contacted the company and spoke with Adrian who wrote the book on customer service. Adrian explained to me that the problem I and many others were experiencing was due to their previous thinner filters. He informed me that they have since fixed the problem and offered to send me out a package of the new filters! He also showed me a temporary fix until I receive the new filters. I really appreciate Adrian's assistance, and I would suggest this product to anyone!HAppyoneWorks great and I can use my own favorite coffee!Shipping cost is too high! going greenI had been looking for and trying several different products for brewing my own coffee in my Keurig Coffee Maker.This is the first product that I have not had any issues with, such as grounds in my cup! They are easy to use, and are earth friendly! I purchased two of the easy cups so that it is even faster and more convenient to make 2 cups of coffee. This is the first product that my husband is finally willing to give up plastic K-cups for! Way to expensive for shipping and handlingThese filters work well so far, although I have had one break and clog my new Keurig machine with coffee grounds. My only real concern is the shipping and handling charges to Canada....it costs almost as much for S&H as it does for the product.
